Designed for dual-material use, the Signature Eagle accomodates paperboard cartons and corrugated boxes, including, straight line, lock-bottom, 4&6 corner, and inlet partitions. With run speeds up to 425 m/m, it balances productivity with quality. Signature Folder Gluers are designed to be versatile offering specialized, unique machines for your individual packaging needs.
Equipped with a built-in spanker for carton squaring, the Eagle ensures accurate folds. The servo motor feeder offers precise blank separation and spacing, while the pre-break section features 180° scoring and compound folding, optimized for both large paperboard and corrugated types.
Available in three model sizes – 135, 145, and 165, the Eagle handles carton dimensions from approximately 7" x 7" x 7" to a max of 53"-64" depending on the model. Additional options like dual glue pots, servo backfold system, and turning station expand its adaptability.
