The Tünkers FAS 480 semi-automatic packaging system is designed for easy maneuverability and can be used on any folder gluer. It’s independent electric drive allows operators to control carton flow speed directly from the packaging machine itself.
The FAS 480 turns the carton to the right or left as it exits the gluer for easier packaging by the operator, increasing output by up to 50%.
- Supports all standard folding boxes of solid board, E-Flute, and B-Flute
- Supports straight line, 4 & 6 corner, and crash-lock cartons
- Box size minimums of 40mm up to a maximum of 420mm wide x 480mm long.
