We’re excited to welcome Daniel to the AIM team as a Field Electrician, where he will also support maintenance engineering, machinery modifications, and repairs.
Daniel brings experience in robotics, automation, troubleshooting, PLC diagnostics, electro-mechanical repairs, root cause analysis, and LOTO procedures. His background also includes leadership and training experience, working with cross-functional teams and training other technicians.
In his new role, Daniel is looking forward to putting that experience to work while continuing to learn and grow. He’s also taken on a self-appointed role of entertaining his coworkers with a little singing around the shop.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and exploring the outdoors. He also has a creative side—he plays several musical instruments and enjoys woodworking and craft art, especially projects that allow him to build and create things from scratch.
