American International Machinery (AIM) announces Don Gray, employee of AIM for 45 years with the last 28 years as the manager of the parts and technical service departments, is retiring from his full-time position as of June 30, 2023.
“It has been my pleasure helping our customers with their parts and service needs for all these years. I have thoroughly enjoyed this experience and I have our customers and vendors to thank," stated Don when reflecting back on his tenure.
Don Gray’s retirement marks a milestone in AIM’s history. As a seasoned professional in converting equipment sales and service, Don played a vital role in the growth and success of American International Machinery. His knowledge of folder gluers, die cutters, and finishing systems shaped many customer relationships and long-term partnerships. The AIM team and industry peers alike thank him for his leadership and unwavering commitment.
Although he is stepping down from his current position, he will still be assisting in parts and technical support from time to time. His dedication to our customers isn't something that retires easily.
