American International Machinery (AIM) is pleased to announce the addition of Jimmy Catalan to their team of trainers for the Signature Folder Gluer line of converting equipment.
“We are excited to have Jimmy join the team at AIM. As the demand increases for customized Signature gluers, we are responding with hiring additional support personnel to better serve our customers.” stated Kevin Koplin, managing director for AIM.
Jimmy enjoys meeting new people and providing exceptional customer support. His favorite part about training is “helping gluer operators learn to troubleshoot production issues by identifying the problem and implementing the best possible fix to achieve the desirable speeds and production output.”
Jimmy brings twelve years of operational experience on many different brands of folder gluers such as Signature, Bobst, International, and Sugano. His most recent experience in pharmaceutical printing and packaging brings a wealth of knowledge in small carton converting.
Jimmy joins Shawn Rogers and Mark Horton in the training department, teaming up to elevate AIM’s already high level of customer service. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
