Revotec 106SR — Die Cut & Strip
The Revotec 106SR is an automatic flatbed die cutter engineered for precision die cutting and stripping. With Bobst® die compatibility, integrated lead-edge removal, and a 20% heavier frame than comparable models, it offers exceptional stability and accuracy.
The 25% higher impressional tonnage expands substrate flexibility, while the non-stop delivery apron supports continuous production.
Revotec 106SB — Die Cut, Strip & Blank
The Revotec 106SB is optimized for multi-out productivity, offering superior stripping and blanking performance. Its heavy-duty construction provides a weight advantage over other brands, and its 25% greater impressional tonnage supports demanding materials and high-speed operation.
Operators can choose between palletized blanking or standard delivery, making the 106SB a flexible and economical solution.
Revotec 145SR — Die Cut & Strip
Built for converters needing a large-format die cutter, the Revotec 145SR supports larger sheet sizes and a wide range of substrates. It incorporates all major advantages of the Revotec platform, including lead-edge removal, Bobst® die compatibility, a heavier frame, and increased tonnage capacity.
The automatic delivery apron enables non-stop operation to maximize throughput.
Revotec 1040FS — Foil Stamping (with Die Cutting available)
The Revotec 1040FS is engineered for efficient hot foil stamping with a 6-foot foil path—far shorter than competitive systems. The foil travels in the same direction as the sheet, reducing waste and improving foil handling.
With UL-certified electronics, a 20% heavier frame, and 25% greater tonnage, the 1040FS is built for both precision and longevity. Optional die cutting adds further production versatility.
Revotec 1040S — Automatic Flatbed Die Cutter
The Revotec 1040S is a high-speed die cutter machine capable of up to 7,500 sph. Its intuitive fault-finding system, cutting pressure gauge, and sensor-equipped side lay support consistent registration and die longevity.
